Listed below, you will find our current rates & policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.

DISCONNECT POLICY

Bills are due on either the 10th or 25th of each month. 

A 10% penalty will apply on the next day following the due date.

Cut-off is approximately 7-10 days after the due date, depending on how the days fall on the calendar. We try to avoid cut-off on Mondays and Fridays. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL EACH MONTH FOR THE CUT OFF DATE.  Once personnel arrives at your home to disconnect service, a $50 nonpayment fee will apply. Payment in full must be made (including nonpayment fee) by 2 pm or service will not be restored until the next day.

PAYMENT PLAN ARRANGEMENTS 

If you have an unusually high bill, payment plan arrangements can be made upon request.  Before any arrangement can be made, the cause of the high bill must be determined and any and all necessary repairs must be complete. Personnel will be sent to your address to check that the meter is not spinning. Our policy for approved payment plans are as follows: One half of balance must be paid upfront. The remaining balance will be divided into installments (usually 3-6 month’s depending on the severity of the issue). You will be required to pay the installment amount IN ADDITION to the bill for the current month. Monthly payments must be made before the cut-off date or service will be disconnected and a $50 non-payment fee will be applied. You will be required to pay the installment amount, plus the current bill AND the non-payment fee in order to have service turned back on. A maximum of 2 payment plans will be allowed per year.

NSF CHECKS

A $50 NSF Fee will be applied to any check or bank draft payments that are returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will make every attempt 

To contact customer and allow time to bring payment. PAYMENTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE CASH, MONEY ORDER OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ONLY. In the event we are unable to contact you, or you do not make payment as agreed, personnel will be sent to your home to disconnect service and an additional $50 nonpayment fee will be charged and service will not be restored until full payment is received.
